Process and systems discovery
Trace how the work actually moves, where information changes hands, which rules matter, and what decision the team needs to make with confidence.
Practical business systems · Founder-led
STAT Central helps small and midsized teams improve the real system behind the work—with founder-led judgment backed by production examples across enterprise systems, workflows, reporting, and internal tools.
What STAT Central does
STAT Central can diagnose the workflow, improve or connect existing tools, deliver a focused internal capability, and help the team take ownership.
Trace how the work actually moves, where information changes hands, which rules matter, and what decision the team needs to make with confidence.
Redesign forms, handoffs, approvals, and status. Improve an existing platform, connect tools, or build a focused internal application when that is the right-sized answer.
Turn existing information into repeatable reporting and practical views that help people act before the moment has passed.
Turn incomplete or underused business software into a usable operating system, then support testing, rollout, documentation, and continuing improvement.
Proof in production
Each example shows the problem, Jeremy’s responsibility, what changed, and the strongest supported result. The full cases carry the detailed evidence and limitations.
Enterprise system rescue
Jeremy preserved the vendor’s completed GIS work, learned the unfamiliar platform, rebuilt its workflows, routing, permissions, and queues, and launched the operational platform across the organization by July 21, 2023.
Approximately 100 employees were in organizational scope, not a verified active-user total.
Operational visibility
Jeremy identified the visibility gap and built lightweight team views from existing Avaya exports. Approximately 75 agents, leads, and supervisors used them to coordinate coverage and notice abnormal conditions.
A written historical record documents refresh improving from approximately 120 seconds to approximately 5 seconds.
Customer experience
Jeremy analyzed Allworx data and workflow, implemented a three-stage route, corrected agent-state and wrap behavior, and supported adoption. Average wait was 9 seconds on the first measured post-change day versus a 55.8-second average across 18 pre-change workdays.
Initial one-day observation; answered-call volume was lower that day.
HR systems modernization
After vendor installation and basic configuration, Jeremy led operating design, customization, integration, testing, rollout, and continuing improvement. The result was employee self-service, governed HR workflows, and connected record movement.
Custom internal application
Jeremy identified the unassigned problem, designed and built a role-aware application, piloted it beside paper, corrected a production rule, and continues to own it. Reporting and reconciliation moved from more than an hour per class to minutes.
Firsthand estimate; current production is Google Apps Script and Sheets.
Strongest fit
STAT Central is built for organizations where the process crosses people, departments, vendors, data, and software, but the responsibility for improving it falls between roles.
Associations, nonprofits, utilities, field-service organizations, professional-service teams, and administrative operations with meaningful process complexity.
Owners, executive directors, operations leaders, and department heads who need the work fixed—not another disconnected technical recommendation.
The people doing the work have essential context. Useful systems come from understanding their constraints, exceptions, and decisions.
Looking for emergency IT support? STAT Central is not a helpdesk, hardware-repair service, or traditional managed-service provider. The focus is business processes, operational systems, internal tools, reporting, and adoption.
From inquiry to useful change
Start with a low-pressure inquiry. Discovery, implementation, and any continuing help are considered and approved separately.
The Checkup gives Jeremy enough context to evaluate fit and the likely shape of the problem. It is an inquiry, not authorization to begin billable work.
The initial exchange looks at the decision you need to make, the people involved, current tools, constraints, and whether focused discovery would add useful clarity.
If later work makes sense, discovery and implementation are scoped and approved separately. The change is tested in context and handed back with clear ownership.
Ongoing support or another improvement may follow when real use justifies it. It is optional, proportionate, and agreed separately.
Founder-led by Jeremy Jessup
Jeremy’s 15+ year history spans enterprise operations, business systems, technical support leadership and reporting, application ownership, and running a field-service business.
The goal is not a more impressive system. It is work people can understand, run, and improve.
A rough description is enough. Do not send private records or confidential details—the first step is understanding the shape of the problem.
