Messy Process Checkup

The rough version is welcome. Jeremy will look for the operating problem before suggesting a process, platform, integration, or focused internal tool.

What happens next

An inquiry first. Any paid work comes later and is approved separately.

The checkup gives Jeremy enough context to evaluate fit and decide whether a deeper conversation would be useful.

  1. You share a general description of one process. Submitting it does not authorize billable work, a platform, or a project.

  2. Jeremy reviews the likely constraint, the decision you need to make, the people and tools involved, and whether the situation fits STAT Central.

  3. The initial exchange may end with a practical next step, no project, or a recommendation to define a focused discovery effort.

If discovery, implementation, or continuing support makes sense, its purpose and boundaries are discussed and approved separately before that work begins.

Please do not send passwords, private files, financial account data, medical information, customer records, employee records, or confidential details. A general description is enough to start.
