Messy Process Checkup
Bring one process that feels harder than it should.
Share where the information lives now, what the team has to chase, and what you wish were easier to see, track, approve, or report. Keep the description general and non-confidential.
This is not a request for a technical specification.
The rough version is welcome. Jeremy will look for the operating problem before suggesting a process, platform, integration, or focused internal tool.
What happens next
An inquiry first. Any paid work comes later and is approved separately.
The checkup gives Jeremy enough context to evaluate fit and decide whether a deeper conversation would be useful.
You share a general description of one process. Submitting it does not authorize billable work, a platform, or a project.
Jeremy reviews the likely constraint, the decision you need to make, the people and tools involved, and whether the situation fits STAT Central.
The initial exchange may end with a practical next step, no project, or a recommendation to define a focused discovery effort.
If discovery, implementation, or continuing support makes sense, its purpose and boundaries are discussed and approved separately before that work begins.
